All of these are the body not coping with change.

There is a better way. We can anticipate some changes in our lives while others we can identify as we're experiencing them.

Balancing Emotions

Emotions are what run our lives. No matter how logical you may think  you are the truth s all of our decisions are made at an emotional level.

Its easy to se why when you consider that we are wired to survive. Our entire Central Nervous System is controlled by our limbic brain, our emotional brain.

Understanding how our emotions work will give us a handle on making them work for us.

Balancing emotions means balancing stress and that s when we lead a balanced life. 

Balance, doesn't that just sound like a bit of bliss?
